1.Do you provide free samples?
A:Yes. We offer free samples, including customized samples. You only need to pay the freight. Sample delivery date is within 1-3days, customized sample is about 3-7days.
2.Can you provide us a competitive price and good quality products?
A:Yes. We have our strict evaluation criteria of quality on our partner factory, and we did complete and detailed market research and priced competitively.
3.What is your terms of payment?
A:We accept T/T, Visa, MasterCard, E-checking, L/C, Western Union and more.Please choose your preferred payment method.
4.How to inspect the goods?
A:Products will be checked by our QC staff first , then our project manager. Client can come and check by themselves or third party check is available.
5. How can I pay for the order?
A: Our payment terms: T/T, Western Union, Money gram, PayPal, Trade Assurance etc.
1) For sample order: 100% payment in advance.
2) For bulk order: 30% deposit in advance, balance clear before pick up or B/L copy received.
6.What about your Delivery Time?
A: The sample goods will be delivered within 1-3 days after receiving your payment.
Bulk order goods delivery time is about 7- 20 days.
7.How do you control the quality?
A: We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing.
8. Are you accept OEM?
A: Yes, OEM orders are welcomed, we can print your logo on production according to your request.
