Technical Notes:

 There is no position feedback signal for the combustion controller actuator when the servo motor is connected.
 When connecting a servo motor, it must be done according to EN 676.
 The run time of the servo motor must match the combustion control program. The burner and actuator must be installed together
Full inspection.
 When replacing LGB or LMG with LME… series, AGQ1 or AGQ2… must be replaced by AGQ3….

Electrical installation of flame detectors：
To exclude interference, it is important to avoid losses in signal transmission:
 Do not install the detector wires together with other wires
– Line capacitance reduces the level of the flame signal
– Use a separate cable
 Check the maximum permissible length of the detector wiring (refer to the «Technical Manual»)  The ionization bar is not protected against the risk of electric shock
 Locate and confirm the location of the ignition electrode and ionization probe so that the ignition spark does not pass over the ionization rod (danger of electrical overload)

 Insulation resistance
– Minimum resistance between ion bar and ground is 50 M – Contaminated detector mounts reduce insulation resistance, thereby supporting creep currents
The wiring of the burner should comply with the relevant regulations; grounding the boiler alone is not sufficient

Installation Precautions：
 The controller unit and other cables must be installed separately from the high voltage ignition cables.
 Do not confuse phase and neutral.
 Install switches, fuses, grounding, etc. in accordance with local regulations.

In the case of a ground conductor, terminal 2 must be routed through an RC unit (Type:
ARC 4 668 9066 0). Connect the ground wire. Local regulations must be followed (e.g. protection against electric shock)
Because the mains voltage of AC 230 V / 50 Hz produces a current leakage of up to 2.7 mA.
 Verify that the maximum amount of current allowed by the terminal is not exceeded.
 Do not supply an external mains voltage to the control output of the combustion controller, when the test unit controls the combustion controller (fuel
valve, etc.), LME do not connect.
 In the absence of a fan, the AGK25 must be connected to terminal 3, otherwise the burner will not start reliably.
 For safety, connect the neutral conductor to terminal 2. As shown below, the burner components (fan, ignition
compressor, air valve) must be connected to the neutral conductor. The connection between the neutral conductor and terminal 2 is at the control unit
