Product Description
BDD (Boron-doped diamond) electrode is a new type of high-efficient multifunctional electrode. The special SP3 bond structure of diamond and its conductivity after doping give BDD electrode excellent electrochemical characteristics.
Boron-doped diamond coating (BDD) electrode is mainly composed of heavily doped silicon or metal as the substrate, and then a layer of boron-doped diamond film is deposited on it by chemical vapor phase. Silicon as a diamond and the group and the structure of semiconductor materials, physical and chemical properties similar to diamond, used as a BDD coating of the surface of the substrate can ensure that grow boron diamond film are of good quality, forming the composite electrode good mechanical properties, chemical properties of the integrity and consistency, and stable and reliable when using, electrode life is long and the cost is low.
