A. The instruments comes with Operation Manual (User Manual) either in hard copy or digital copy. Please check inside the package you received, or contact us by e-mail.
B. If there is specific problem during using the device, you can get technical support by contacting us. We will provide Video, Documents of How to operate, and even on-line presentation.
Q14: How can you ensure the product quality and instrument performance?
A. Firstly, we build a solid product strategy and standard at the factory production and examination.
