Y09-101/Y09-110 0.1uM Condensation Particle Counter In Cleanroom

 

The basic principle laser particle counter is the detection of optical sensor. After scattering by particles, the laser is received by photosensitive element and generates pulse signal. The pulse signal is output and amplified, and then digital signal processing is carried out. By comparing with standard particle signal, the comparison result is expressed with different parameters.

 

It is used to measure the number and size distribution of dust particles per unit volume in clean environment.

 

0.1μm Condensation Portable Air Particle Counter In Cleanroom is a laser diode-based true 0.1 micron (μm) particle counter with 1.00 CFM flow rate. It provides real-time measurement of yield-impacting particles with three configurations to meet your unique application needs.
