The following are some of our special points
1)Steam process for crispy and fluffy texture
The "steam process" is used to bake croissants with steam before full-scale baking.
This gives the croissant a luster after baking, and also makes the croissant moist and not dry even after freezing and thawing.
2)Development of custards and creams that do not deteriorate with temperature changes
We have developed a specially formulated custard and cream for this product so that it will remain delicious even after the process of freezing after production and thawing just before eating.

【How to enjoy】
The taste can be expanded by defrosting time and method. Defrost at room temperature for 30~40 minutes for soft bread and thick cream. Defrost in the refrigerator for 2~3 hours to make the bread fluffy and the cream ice cream-like. After defrosting for the desired amount of time, toast the surface of thebread to make it crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
