Continuous 2a, (instant 3a)
2lipo 4-5 micro steering gear
3lipo 3-4 micro steering gear
Protection function:
Automatically select 2-3lipo, and the protection voltage is 6v/9v respectively;
NIMH is automatically selected, and the protection voltage of each section is 0.8V;
It is forbidden to start when the throttle position is wrong;
Temperature protection, 110 ° surface temperature shutdown;
Out of control protection, shutdown after 1 second without signal.
Performance description:
The upper speed limit is 300000 rpm for 2-pole internal rotation, 50000 rpm for 12 pole external rotation and 42000 rpm for 14 pole external rotation.
8kHz PWM control, using speed control curve.
Automatic throttle adaptation, suitable for more remote control equipment.
Using BEC and MCU to separate the power supply, the work is more stable.
Setting method
1. Turn on the transmitter and push the throttle to (Futaba series transmitter needs to select Rev for throttle channel).
2. Connect the receiver and motor.
3. If the transmitter is normal after the power is turned on, the following sound will appear: (if the sound is a long "tick" sound after the end, and there will be no sound after that, then check the reverse setting of the accelerator channel of the transmitter.)
B B means lipo automatic protection
Bb bb means NiMH /nicd automatic protection
BBB BBB indicates brake selection
(when there is no operation, all sounds will cycle continuously until there is an operation request.)
There is a setting you want in the sound circulation process. When you hear the syllable of the prompt sound (for example, select lipo automatic protection, and when you hear a B, pull the throttle in place), quickly pull the throttle to the position. At the same time, the motor will make a sharp sound to confirm.
At this time, if there is another setting, quickly push the throttle to, and then you can choose the next option.
If the setting you want is completed, wait for 2 seconds, the motor will send out the appropriate battery protection confirmation sound again, and it can be used after confirming the throttle position.
Lipo automatic protection has only two protection voltage protection points, namely 6V and 9V. It is unnecessary to use a fully charged battery.
NIMH automatic protection is calculated according to the actual number of batteries. Each battery is set to 0.8V. In order to accurately judge the voltage of the battery, please fully charge the battery. If it is not fully charged, the electric regulator will estimate the protection voltage according to 70% of the voltage. (this function can also be used when using 4lipo)
Braking:
The factory setting is none. You can set the brake once in the actual use process, so that the motor can use the back electromotive force to brake after closing the throttle.
If you want to release this braking function, you can set the braking operation again, and the function will be canceled.
Factory parameter reset function, because this series of electric regulators have overheat and misoperation protection functions. If you find how your electric regulator accelerates, turns, or throttle curve and other characteristics change when it is new, you can set factory parameters once to regain performance.
When the machine is turned on, a long tone of B indicates that the electric regulator is in the lipo automatic protection state, and three tones of BBB indicate the NIMH /nicd automatic protection state.
Common sense of use: (literacy)
Some players pick up the electric regulator and install it directly on the plane. As a result, they hear the sound of Didi, and the motor just doesn't turn, or the speed doesn't go up. The reasons are as follows:
When using the electric regulator for the second time, it is necessary to identify the stroke and stroke of the remote control, and the method is as follows:
Connect the electric regulator to the motor ----- connect the electric regulator cable to the receiver ----- open the remote control and push the throttle to the point ----- plug the electric regulator into the battery ----- listen to the sound ----- music (123) ----- didi (throttle point confirmation tone) -- pull the throttle lever to the point after the second sound ----- hear didi three times --------- (throttle point confirmation tone, 2S two, 3S three) ----- OK
The three lines of the brushless electric regulator can be connected at will. If the direction is wrong, just switch any two lines
