4.Pour about 100 ml of liquor or steamed wine into the measuring cylinder, when you do not know the liquor measured about degree, should choose a high range of alcohol meter measurement, if the alcohol meter reading all surface of the liquid, use a low range of alcohol meter measurement, put thermometer and alcohol meter into the measuring cylinder do not stick to the wall, wait a moment;

5. When measuring the temperature, put the thermometer in the white wine first and read it after the reading is stable. Do not take out the thermometer and then read it.
