Metal Coating Machinery Electric Powder Coating Oven Application:
The Kafan-1645 Industrial Powder Coating Drying Oven is used for car rims, door, aluminium profiles, fence, refrigerator, furniture and so on metallic object. A wide range of applications.
Kafan-1645 Powder Coating Oven is generally faster to respond to the need to change baking temperature as electric elements are able to rapidly change their temperature allowing for faster changes in the ovens temperature. This fast response is one of the greatest benefits to an electric powder coating oven.
Main Features
(1) Worksize Dimensions: 1500 wide x 4500 deep x 1650 high;
(2) 32 kw Heating Power;
(3) Can be either 220v or 380v;
(4) 100mm thick Rockwool installation. Also could do 150mm;
(5) P.L.C. controls.

Powder Coating Oven Trolley Systems
Our powder coating ovens are standard equipped with two trolleys, including an upper loading one and a lower carriage. By using
two trolleys, trolley moving across the hall does not contaminate the inside of the oven, which provides high purity painted elements.
This is an inexpensive manual transporting system which allows carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force, and optimize
the use of the entire surface with high temperature bearings
