Product Description

Aboat UHMWPE UD fabric

UHMWPE bulletproof UD fabric sheet is a unidirectional construction in which the yarns are not woven but lie parallel to each other. UHMWPE UD fabric can be divided into soft sheet and hard sheet. Using UHMWPE UD fabric the minimum weight is needed for protection at different level, and it is not affected by water or sunlight and needs no special protection.

Feature

1. The strength is strong, which is the world's highest intensity chemical fiber.
2.The products produced will be much lighter than other materials.
3. Highly abrasion and cut resistance, the thermal stability is general, about ≥145 ℃ melt.
4. Smooth surface, low coefficient of friction.
5. Have a good performance in bending fatigue resistance.
6. Strong corrosion resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, Radiation resistance, and stable under UV light.

Application

UHMWPE UD fabric can be divided into soft sheet and hard sheet. The soft sheet is used for light soft body armor, and the hard sheet is used for bulletproof plates, bulletproof helmets, bulletproof shields and so on.
