Helical gear racks
The CNC router uses precision helical gear racks on the X and Y axis. The rack is installed upside down to help prevent dust and debris from accumulating on the drive system,thereby ensuring smooth movement and long-term reliability. The precision gearbox is directly connected to the stepper motor.
