A:We have professional QC team with more than 5 experienced staff to control the quality from the raw materials to finished products until packing is completed to ensure products safely loading into container.They control the quality and specification piece by piece with high responsibility.
Q: How about the samples?
A;We supply Free samples with standard sizes. For big finish samples, we need to charge the basic sample cost and will reimburse
finally if have coming order.The courier cost is paid by customer, generally we send by courier collect. Please give us your
courier account No. to send by collect.If you don’t have the account No. to send by collect, we can send by prepaid after we get the freight cost from you.
Q:What is the MOQ?
A:Generally the MOQ is one 20 foot container with about 18-27tons, mixed material and colors are ok. It depends on the weight limitation of the destination port. Sometimes we accept LCL order for some small jobs. Such as Jade Glass Stone, Faux Onyx,Semiprecious Stone, Marble cut to size for some small projects etc.
Q:What is your delivery time?
A:Usually the delivery time is about 15-30 working days after receiving the deposit.And we have some good shipping partner to help you deliver the cargos from our country to your inland port or sea port or work-site or warehouse.

A: Payment<=1000USD,100% in advance Payment>=1000USD,30% T/T deposit, balance against B/L copy for full container order.
