9. Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the order?

-. Yes, of course. We charge you mold fees and the freight cost (Mould fees will be return if large cargo quantity meet our MOQ). Once get your confirmation, we will start the order

10. Should I need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder next time?

-. No, you do not need to pay the mold again, it could be used one again.

11. Is the price EXW or FOB?

-. The price is ex-works,not including the freight and insurance.

12. How long is your delivery time?

- : Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
