Hoenycomb Ceramic Catalyst Carrier
Ceramic honeycomb substrate is a new kind of catalyst monolith,which is widely used in automobile emissions purifying system and industrial exhaust gas treatment system .After coated with catalyst this products is applied in catalytic converter of diesel or gasoline vehide to catalyze,convert and purify the exhaust,making vehicle exhaust reaching standards of Euro IV and Euro V.

The ceramic substrate is made of cordierite, The cells density can be 100 cpsi, 300 cpsi, 400 cpsi or 600 cpsi. The usual cpsi (Cell Per Square Inch) for catalytic converter substrate is 400, the shape of ceramic substrate is round, racetrack, ellipse and other special shape according to the customer's requirement.
The ceramic substrate is made of cordierite, and it is used for car catalytic converter. The cells density can be 100 cpsi, 300 cpsi, 400 cpsi or 600 cpsi. The shape will be round, oval or racetrack. We can supply both ceramic element coated with noble metals of PT, Pd, Rh and ceramic element without noble metals.
