Normally 1-3 working days for samples; 5-7 working days for products in stock; 15-20 working days for OEM &ODM orders.

4. Can I print my logo on products&packaging?
A: Yes, Customized Logo and Package For Acrylic Products is Highly Welcomed. We can customized as your requirement base on MOQ.
5.What's your warranty?
A: We always offer 1 year warranty for all of our products since delivery.
6. How to deal with the quality policy ?
A: Within the warranty, if any defective parts, we send you new product freely in next shipment
7.How can I pay?
A: RTS/OEM (online order: Credit card, Paypal, T/T ) ; Payment: T/T , Western union
8. Are the materials all safety? Any test for them?
All material is 100% virgin material, can pass Rohs standard.
