Wear-resistant ceramic particle glue
Wear-resistant ceramic particle glue is mainly used to make wear-resistant coating on the surface of various parts with wear-resistant and anti-corrosion requirements, such as repair and pre-protection on pump body, impeller, fan shell, pipe bend, coal powder pipes, pipeline spiral conveyors, etc.
The wear-resistant ceramic particle adhesive series are modified epoxy resin high-performance polymer materials with strong adhesion and excellent anti-aging performance. When combined with wear-resistant ceramic particle glue, anti-wear coating is formed with good water resistance and corrosion resistance.
The products are mainly applied in desulfurization system, pulverizing system, material conveying system, etc.

The wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating is made of high-performance wear-resistant inorganic substances, wear-resistant ceramic particles (zirconium oxide balls, zirconium-aluminum composite balls, alumina balls), carbides, and quartz as basic, compounded with modified and toughened resins. It has the characteristics of high strength, good bonding strength, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
How to use:
(1) Surface treatment: Grinding or sandblasting to remove dust, oil stains and rust on the surface, and finally clean it with detergent.
(2) Compounding: Mix the two components evenly based on mass ratio 1:1 between A and B.
(3) Gluing: apply the adjusted coating glue evenly on the surface of the protected object to a certain thickness.
(4) Curing: complete curing at room temperature for 24 hours or at room temperature for 1 hour + heating at 80°C for 2 hours for complete curing.
