A:Our factory have around 150 Skilled worker and 4 production lines,around 300k pcs capacity per month.
3 Q: How do you ensure the quality of the product?
A:01.Pre production sample will be made and confirm with you before bulk order proceed. 02.100% strict quality control from incoming material inspection /semi products inspection/finish product inspection,including IQC 1PCS/IPQC 4PCS/OQC 4PCS/FQC 1PCS/QA 1PCS/QE 1PCS. 03.Professional inspection equipment:Color fastness machine,Tensile tester,D65 light source,High&Low temp chamber tester,Abrasion tester and so on.
4.Q:Could you make OEM/ODM design?
A:We specialized in OEM/ODM design ,from material/color/logo/package etc.
5.Q: Which payment methods can you accept?
A:T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, and Alibaba. The normal payment term is 50% deposit before production, and 50% balance before shipment.
