This products is made of special cement, fine aggregate, special polymer spray dry powder resin and other cement additives. It is a self-leveling foundation material with high fluidity and high plasticity. It is suitable for light commercial buildings and families.

Installation Instructions

* The surface should be clean, dry and strong without loose part. The substrate should be cleaned thoroughly. Before application of the compound the substrate should be applied by proper primer. When the primer is absorbed and the substrate is in a half-dry state, Start self leveling construction .

* First, mix the product with water in the mixing ratio of self-leveling cement: water=25:6-6.5kg. The mixing method is: pour clean water into a suitable container, then add self-leveling cement while stirring vigorously until uniform viscous mixture is formed.

* Pour the mixture on the area to be applied, spread the material uniformly to required thickness using toothed rake (range of thickness is 1-4mm).The mixture must be finished in 20min.

* It is the next step to remove entrance air by particular roller.

* Various flooring materials can be applied on it after dry.

Notice:

The product should be protected against frost and direct sun light during transportation, storage and application. Application temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
