2. during the warranty period it is verified that the user is responsible for the mechanical appearance or internal damage caused by the loading,unloading and transportation process and long storage time;The man-made damage caused by improper operation and use and self disassembly and refitting shall not be covered by the above free warranty;The user must pay all maintenance and renovation costs.
3.1f the machine tool has a fault and can accurately judge the cause of the fault and the handling measures after receiving the user's information, we will reply immediately.If cannot reply immediately, we will reply within 24 hour sand provide technical support or parts replacement services as soon as possible.
4. After the warranty period expires, we will continue to provide after sales service for users and charge the cost of parts according to our charging standard.
