A: Our sales usually quote you within 6 hours after we get your inquiry.

A: We have around 600 full-time workers and our facility covers 80000 sqm or 861110 sq.ft.
Q4: Do you work with small buyers and orders?
A:Yes we accept small orders or trial orders to test market demand.We
are more than glad to work with smaller buyers to help them grow their business.
Q5: Do you ship directly to Amazon FBA?
A:We' ve been working closely with our own logistic companies both in
China and America to ship directly to FBA. also other countries' FBA ,and we welcome Amazon sellers to contact us since we have plenty of
experience doing that.
Q6: Can I make custom logo and packaging? Can I do design with my ideas for my products?
A: Yes, please contact us for specific details if you need a custom logo or packaging or other design.We have experienced designers and our own molding factory. According to your requirements, we can design or open mold which has a competitive price
Q7: Do you provide free samples?
A: For old customers, most samples can be free. For a new customer, full sample payment and shipping will be required before we dispatch it, but we will be more than happy to refund that once you place the order
Q8: Why your samples much more expensive than its quoted unit cost?
A: Most of our samples are specially made by our sample makers, when material purchasing cost and labor costs are calculated; the final cost will be much higher than our wholesale prices.
