Q: Can I put my brand logo?
A: Yes, we can make your logo by printing,stamping or laser. We accept OEM.
Q: How much is sample charge? And can you refund the sample cost when I place an order?
A: Yes, sample fee is refundable once you place a bulk order. Sample: 10 USD each. However, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Q: What are our payment terms?
A: T/T ,West union, Money Gram, Credit Card, Alibaba escrow. Highly recommend you to choose Trade Assurance Order.
Q: Are the quality of your product guaranteed?
A: We have QC to control the quality one by one. So do not worry about the quality. Always a pre-production sample before mass production; If there is any defective, we will take care before shipment. If you receive any defective because of the shipping , we will solve the problem with you as well.
Q: What is our goods delivery date?
A:For stock products and samples,we can immediately arrange them to express it only takes 3-7 days.For promotional products ,the delivery time would be 15- 20 days. For OEM order,we will finish production and make the delivery within 30-60 days after we receive your payment or deposit.• It will depend on your specific products and quantity.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. Usually 1pc/poly bag, 12pcs/inner box, 300pcs / carton. Of course, we can pack the goods as per your requirement.
