Chemical properties
1, high temperature resistance
The softening point temperature of quartz glass is about 1730℃. It can be used at 1100℃ for a long time, and the highest
temperature can reach 1450℃ for a short time.
2, corrosion resistance
In addition to hydrofluoric acid, quartz glass almost does not react with other acid substances, and its acid resistance is 30
times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel. Especially, its chemical stability at high temperature is
incomparable to any other engineering materials.

Shape technique of cuvette:

3. Integrated forming: he does not use any intermediary medium, he does not use glue nor low melting point quartz powder. It is direct glass with glass, so its temperature resistance and corrosion resistance will be better than other forming methods. And it can withstand high temperatures. It can be combined with other glass or quartz tubes and burned together. Glass material temperature 500-600 degrees, quartz material temperature 1000 degrees.
Clean method for your reference：
1.After the dish is used, it should be rinsed with proper solvent first, and be careful to wash both inside and outside. If the solvent is non-toxic, you can put half of the solvent into it, press both ends of the dish with your finger and shake it vigorously. The number of times should be no less than three times.2. Then rinse with plenty of running water. This step is very important for aqueous and salt solutions. Of course, if you're using a solvent that's not hydrophilic, you can drop this step.
3. Finally, use deionized water to clean, and pay attention to wash both inside and outside. This step can also be abandoned if the solvent is not hydrophilic.
4. After washing, do not deliberately dry the color dish, put it in the color dish box, and do not cover it to dry naturally.
