Pure manganese phosphating solution IC-2005

 

IC-2005 is high-temperature manganese phosphating agent, which is suitable for self-lubricating coating processing of high-speed operation parts of automotive, motorcycle, shipbuilding , and wear and corrosion resistant coating process of tools, knives tools and higher standard parts .

The phosphating solution can form a dense and anti-wear black phosphate coating on the surface of iron and steel , phosphate coating is composed of a series of different sizes of crystal,  the connection point of the crystals form tiny crack of porous structure. The porous crystal structure in the lubricating oil or anti-rust oil environment can significantly improve corrosion resistance, adsorption, wear resistance on the surface of steel .   

 

      

 

1. Construction of bath (calculated by 1 tons)

  A, preparation ratio:

pure manganese phosphating solution IC-2005 pure	10%
Water	90%

           

                                  

B, tank Preparation:

At first , add more than half water  in the phosphating tank, then add manganese phosphating solution slowly, stir evenly and heat to the specified temperature.

 

2. tank management:

Total acidity: 30 ~ 40 (measured 36)

Free acidity: 2.5 ~ 3.5 (measured 2.8)

Specific gravity: 1.280 ± 0.05 (measured 1.281)

Acid ratio: 9 ~ 13

Temperature: 90 ~ 95 degree C

Time: 10 ~ 15 minutes

 

Package:25kg/drum , 200kg/drum

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight and contact with alkaline substances.
