Overview
The Stone Crushing Plant mainly consists of Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher or Impact Crusher, Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyor and Control System, etc. It is completely capable to crush and screen limestone, marble, granite, basalt, river gravel and other hard stone materials, and produce sand & gravels with various granularities for construction and building industry.

200tph Aggregate making plant in Ghana
Material: granite
Input Size: 0-630mm
Output Sizes: 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-31.5mm

It is configured with hopper, vibrating feeder DN4911, primary jaw crusher PE-750*1060, cone crusher DN1400, vibrating screen 2YD2160, VSI DN9000, 3-layer vibrating screen 3YD2160, and belt conveyors.

Processing:
1. The truck unloads the stones into the hopper, the stone enters the vibrating feeder from the lower part of the
hopper;
2. The vibrating feeder feeds the stones evenly to the primary jaw crusher;
3. The crushed output materials from the primary jaw crusher will be transported to the secondary cone crusher by a belt conveyor;
4. The crushed output materials from the secondary cone crusher will be transported to the two-layer vibrating screen;
5. After screening by the two-layer vibrating screen, will get 0-5mm, 5-35mm, +35mm materials, 0-5mm materials will be transported out by a belt conveyor to stockpile, 5-35mm materials will be transported to VSI Crusher, +35 materials will be transported back to cone crusher for re-crushing. 6. 5-35mm materials will be crushed and shaped by VSI crusher, the output materials will be transported to the second vibrating screen;
7. After the screening, will get 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-31.5mm materials, the +31.5mm materials will be transported back to VSI crusher.

The role of VSI crusher in this setup for producing high standard output materials for mixing stations, asphalt stations, etc.

This crushing plant is suitable for processing many kinds of hard stones, like basalt, pebbles, granite, diabase, etc. The capacity for this crushing plant can be customized as per request such as 50tph, 100tph, 200tph, etc




500tph limestone crushing plant in Columbia
Material: limestone
Input Size: 0-850mm
Output Sizes: 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-30mm

It is configured with a hopper, 2 sets of vibrating feeder DN6013, primary jaw crusher PE-1000*1200, 2 sets of impact crusher PF1320, 2 sets vibrating screen 3YD2160, and belt conveyors.

Processing:
1. The truck unloads the stones into the hopper, the stone enters the vibrating feeder from the lower part of the
hopper;
2. The vibrating feeder feeds the stones evenly to the primary jaw crusher;
3. The crushed output materials 0-280mm from the primary jaw crusher will be transported to Transfer silo with a vibrating feeder DN6013 under it.
4. The crushed output materials 0-280mm in the transfer silo will be transported to the two sets of impact crusher PF1320
5. The crushed output size 0-30mm from the impact crusher PF1320 will be sent to the vibrating screen 3YD2160. 6. After screening by the three-layer Vibrating screen, will get 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-30mm, and +35mm materials. The 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-30mm final products will be transported out by belt conveyors to stockpiles, +35 materials will be transported to the transfer silo for re-crushing. This crushing plant is suitable for processing many kinds of soft stones, like limestone, plaster, etc. The capacity for this crushing plant can be customized as per request such as 200tph, 500tph,1000tph, etc




300 Tph Quarry Sand Making Processing Plant
Material: cobblestone, granite, basalt, hard rock quarry sand

This flow chart is suitable for processing cobblestone, granite, basalt, hard rock quarry sand making line .

For the 300tph sand making line, the truck transfer the original stone with input size under 700mm into vibrating feeder DN6013, and it transfer the stones to jaw crusher PE-9000*1200,after first crushing the material get 100mm size,and then it goes to a hopper to synchronize jaw crusher and cone crusher working at the same time,and second crushing cone crusher,the output (0-50mm) of cone crusher transfer to the first vibrating screen by belt conveyor.

The first vibrating screen is with 4 layers,mesh size 50mm,40mm.32mm.25mm, (capacity around 350tph),then get output 0-25mm, 25-32mm,32-40mm,40-50mm, the size over 50mm go back to cone crusher, and the size under 25mm go to another vibrating screen to get size 0-6mm,6-12mm,12-19mm,19-25mm, 0-6mm size material with
2 wheel sand washer.
