• If connection to NTP server is lost the clocks will continue to run on the built-in time base. When the connection is restored it will synchronize automatically
• The clock features time loss notification by having a light on on the right lower corner

* Program a bell by adding a built-in bell relay
* Display time, temperature and humidity alternately

There will be additional charge for options. If you need options, please specify before you place order.

(1) Bell option. We can add a bell relay into the clock, then you can connect the clock to bell and program the bell to ring at 30 different moments.

(2) Temperature/ humidity display is optional. We can add a sensor to the clock, then it can display time, temperature, and humidity alternately.

If PoE is not available, then you can use a power supply adpter with a 5.5mm x 2.1mm plug. You can buy it in local place or buy from us.

Installation

For single- sided clocks, it's not necessary to use the installation accessories because on the back side there are two holes for hanging the clocks on the wall; but for double- sided clocks, it is necessary to buy the installation accessories.

FAQ

Question:

Hi from Sweden, I am interest to buy this item, but I don’t know if you can send it to Sweden.

Answer:

Question:

Hello! Does this clock support IPv6?

Answer:

No, the current version only supports IPv4.

Question:
When there is interruption of network, is there any indication? And will the clock still display correct time?

Answer:
Normally the clock synchronizes with NTP server every 5 minutes. When there is interruption of network, a small dot will appear on the right bottom corner of the LED display and the clock won’t synchronize, so it will be inaccurate slowly, the deviation is about 1 minute per day. As soon as it is connected to network again, it will display correct time automatically and the dot will disappear.

Question:

Can we set up the time without a NTP server?

Answer:

It does require some NTP server, such as a private NTP server or internet based source( internet public NTP server). With that available, it will keep itself accurate and on the money.

Question:

When there is interruption of power supply, will the clock work?

Answer:

The clock doesn’t have a built-in battery, when there is interruption of power supply, it won’t work. But as soon as the clock is connected to power and network, it will display the correct time automatically, no need of manual adjusting.

Will you charge for the management software?
Answer:
No. It is free. The software is available online at http://www.ntpclock.com/manuals
