Q : What about quality control?
A : Our inspection process meets A-level standard in quartz industry. The inspection team, with more than 5 experienced workers will carefully inspect the quality piece by piece to ensure product safety into containers.
Q : How about samples?
A : Free samples are available. Please contact us and choose colors you want.
Q : How many years is your quartz guaranteed?
A : Generally, our quartz can be used for more than 15 years
Q : What is your terms of payment ?
A : 30% deposit, 70% balance paid against the copy of BL.
Q : What about the leading time?
A : The leading time is about 15 to 25 days depending on the colors.
Q : How about the packing and shipping?
A : Normally we pack it in wooden/ iron frames, if you have any other special requirements, please contact us for customization.
Q : How to ship cargo?
A : We have some cooperated shipping partners who can help with the delivery to the port/warehouse. Also welcome your designated forwarders.
Q : Can I have our own logo on the products?
A : Sure! We can print your own logo/whatever you want on the back/ side of the slabs. Please contact us for the details before placing orders.
