Quality Control for Our Melting Process
1、Raw materials are added in perfect order for producingmore Mg-Si and reducing the loss of Mg.
2、The thickness of our alloy ingot is under controlled within 10-15mm,if under 10mm,it will increase MgO.if above 15mm, it will reduce the uniformity of our alloy ingot.
3、We will clean the surface of ingot after alloy solidified.Oxide,impurity,and powder of the surface will beeliminated from the surface.
