For the XC racers, recently (May 2020) we NEXTIE developed two innovative ultralight MTB rims, specially for XC Mountain Bike racing.
We redesigned the profile of 27mm width rim NXT29UM27 and 30mm NXT29UM30, drawing internal width and rim depth in same size, which is proved to be best engineering profile, not only keep these XC rims in high stiffness, but consider the weight as light as possible.
T1000 carbon fibers are composed to these two new types of rims, which materials proved to be super and fantastic performance in the past nearly 3 years. We are proud of these two new designed Ultralight rims, racing level for XC cycling.
Surely to make rim in high strength, T800 carbon fiber added, and we used premium layer-up system to compose these rims, though more complicated, but worthy. Additionally, we also renewed the production technology. The test results showed a higher level strength.

Meanwhile, to keep improving in aspect of All Mountain level, we renewed two types of AM level carbon rims. The new models are NXT29XM36 and NXT29XM41, for the AM and Enduro cyclings. Internal width are specially designed as loved 30mm and 35mm, for much more fittable tires in accordingly ranges.

Carbon Weave Appearance
The illustration is as right, it shows different appearances of the weaves, and bicycle rims in different weaves.
UD weave looks like plain black. Crossed 12K weave pattern is 4 times larger than 3K weave.

Basically for carbon fiber rims, we don't discuss the strength between different weaves, since the strength in different weaves
shows almost same. Rims in different weaves are just different in the outer layer carbon fibers. Inside of all different weave
rims, are mainly UD carbon fibers. We usually only consider different weaves are just to show different appearances.

1. Are you factory or trading company?
We are factory integrated with trading company, for easily exporting.
2. What is the MOQ?
For the ODM(current products in our category), there is no MOQ requirement. But for custom products(OEM projects), we have different policies, 20 to 50 pcs per model may be required. Further discussion will be preferable as for different requests from different customers.
3.Can I request custom decals for my products?
Yes, sure.
Custom decals are acceptable, and we can help to take good photos to you before shipping.

4.Can I get samples?

5.Warranty
To offer you a pleased purchasing experience shall be always the commitment of Nextie. For every product, Nextie offers warranty for replacement or refund, covering defects both in material and manufacturing technique from the date when the product is delivered to your hands.
a). Warranty period: Basically it is 2 years warranty;
b). Make a claim of warranty: Take photos of the rims defects and the serial numbers, your case will be carefully taken into analysis and come out with a solution to you;
c). Refund or Replacement, some will be rejected due to the false using of rims or other man-made factors.
