A: We can provide some free samples for reference under the customer pay on the shipment cost, but the cost will be return in the first order.
2.Q: Can you accept prototype or OEM/ODM?
A: OEM/ODM are acceptable, besides the prototype cost could be refundable once the order reach our MOQ.
3.Q: How to keep the goods quality?
A: We have professional quality control and inspection workers check each board quality, including the size, thickness,
surface, hardness, color, packing, etc. when load the container, we will take photos, videos, and keep the samples for the order. So for our new clients, there is no need to worry about it.
4.Q: What’s the payment term?
A: T/T is acceptable
30% deposit along with PO released.
70% before shipment .
