Application:

1. Check the weight of the products one by one on the production line, and sort the qualified products, those with insufficient weight, and those with excessive weight to prevent defective products from leaving the factory.

2. According to the standard weight of the product, the excess or insufficient quantity of the product in the box or packing box is sorted, and the product that meets the standard quantity is delivered.

3. The multi-level sorting scale is based on the standard weight value of the product, and the abnormal state of the sorting product state will only leave the factory with excellent products.

4. For assembled products, the standard weight value of the product shall prevail to measure and confirm whether spare parts and decorations are missing.

How Checkweighers Work

■The automatic checkweigher is divided into three sections, namely the speed matching section, the weighing section, and the rejecting section. The detected products flow into the automatic checkweigher section through the conveyor belt—the speed matching section, sorts, and opens the gap between the products distance to ensure that each product enters the second stage - the weighing section.

■After the product is in the weighing section, the detected weight is automatically measured and the equipment data high-speed processing system compares the measured weight with the standard weight set in advance by the staff to distinguish the normal weight range, light weight and heavy weight Three sizes.

■The products in the normal weight range flow directly through the third section of the equipment - the rejection section. The heavy and light products will be prompted by the sound and light alarm device after being identified by the equipment, and the unqualified products will be automatically rejected by the rejection device in the rejection section. .
