These cherry blossoms are pickled in salt and plum vinegar. Simply pour hot water over them and the cherry blossoms will open in your tea cup. They are a perfectly elegant drink for celebrations and happy occasions.
You can also use them as a topping for chirashizushi or desserts.
*The cherry blossoms used for cherry blossom tea are grown naturally. Please wash them lightly with cold water to remove any impurities.
