Instructions:

* Switch on: press the “read” button for only 1 second.

can also test all liquids with sugars such as juice, milky tea ect, the range is 0-30%. “S02” is for coffee concentration, the
range is 0-25.
* Measurement: use a suction tube to take a sample in 1/2 of the depth of the cup (to avoid the cream or the solid of the
coffee), drip about 3 to 5 drops on the sampling plate, then cover it. Press the “read” button for 1 second, the counter will
give the current value, the ifpress “read” button for 2 more seconds, the counter will make measurements 15 times and the
countdown, the reading is the average value.
* Conversion of the temperature unit: press the “scale” button for more than 2 seconds, the counter will display Celsius or
Fahrenheit.
* Calibration: no need to calibrate each time. Drip 3 ~ 5 drops of distilled water into the sample plate, make sure the
temperature of the water and the meter is the same and the standard temperature is 20 ° c, then cover it. Press the “CAL” key
for more than 2 seconds until “CAL” flashes, press the “CAL” key again, the counter displays “end” and displays 0.0%.
* Power off: the counter will turn off in one minute if no operation is performed
