Locomotive overall layout
The locomotive is mainly composed of driver's cabtraction converter resistance cabinet,electric control cabinet,frame,walking system,traction motor, air brake system,control system monitoring system, etc.


Locomotive air brake system
★Double-acting cylinder brake system with airless parking function to ensure the safety of long-term parking.
★Conventional braking of locomotive is feedback braking and resistance braking.
★The brake system is automatically activated when the control system failswhich can effectively prevent the slipping accident caused by the control system failure and man-made reasons while driving.
★Emergency brake: anti-slip hook device.


Mechanical transmission system and shock absorber
The locomotive mechanical transmission system is composed of a traveling gearbox(as shown in the picture)a universal coupling and a locomotive traveling part;due to the poor line condition of the mining locomotive,in order to reduce the vibration of the locomotive and reduce the impact between the wheel and the railTo improve the stability and reliability of locomotive operation,reduce the amount of maintenance, and adopt the herringbone rubber bullet traction damping device (as shown in the picture).


Basic braking device for locomotive
The basic braking device consists ofa double-acting brake cyindera linkage mechanism brake shoe holders and brake shoeslt is composed of brake shoe gap adjustment mechanism. Each wheel hasa brake unit.When brakingthe compressed air pushes the gobbe and uses the lever mechanism to brake the brake shoe holding wheel.

Product configuration instructions
1.Frequency converter takes the 32-bit digital signal DSP as the control unit and combines the frequency control, slip control and vector control together, which could realize dynamic control and has the advantage of good output waveform, high pull-in torque,strong self-adjusting and quick response. The locomotive could move smoothly and steadily and be used on the long ramp through the S-type speed controller and flexible PWM dynamic braking.

2.The display adopts large screen. The real time speed, operating frequency, battery’s voltage, quantity and fault information will be displayed, which could be convenient to operate and maintain.

3.If there is something wrong with the frequency converter (such as lu2, pc, sc, fan failure), the emergency air braking will start automatically. Avoid the sliding accident (especially on the heavy load ramp.).

4.The single-action brake cylinder is changed into double-action brake cylinder, which could improve the braking reliability.

5.There is an inching device to adjusting the loading and unloading position.

6.The traction motor adopts AC variable frequency traction motor, which has the advantage of wide speed range (0HZ-90HZ), strong lading ability and high insulation grade.
