Factory (We produce, we sell, any factory visit is welcome). Since 2000, we have 18 years experience in luggage accessories and we focus on producing trolley, luggage trolley and wheel since 2007.

Very sorry! We treat all customers equally whether they are small orders or large orders. We will not provide samples free of charge (sample price is batch price *2). Postage is self-care. But if you give us a bulk order, we will pay back the sample expense.
5.After an order is placed, when to deliver?
Our product is custom and almost has not inventory. Generally we can arrange shipment after 5 to 7 days for sample and after 30 to 45 days for bulk order.
6.Do your products have warranty?
Yes, We offer 1 year warranty. If there is some quality problem, please send the defective product to us first and bear the feright. Then we will send back to you after fixing. We pay the freight.
