FAQ
Q: Will Forwell sign Non-Disclosure Agreements(NDA)? A: Yes. If it gives you peace-of-mind to sign an NDA, we are more than willing to do so. But we have the right to keep your design in confidential no matter NDA is signed or not. All factories are camera
monitored.
Q: How do I get a quote? A: It's better to offer 3D files like STP, STL, IGS, PARASOLID, 3dmx etc. 2D file is also ok with detail requests. Please tell us your requirements on quantity, surface treatment, color, material, application for accurate pricing.
Q: How long is your lead time? A: Normally parts can be made in 5-7 days if you provide us with complete 2D or 3D CAD models.
More complex parts or other special features will take longer.
As for shipping, most of our shipments are via DHL, UPS or FEDEX, which take a few days from China to Europe or North America.
Q: How do you do the quality control? A: a. Materials inspected by IQC; b. The first sample inspected by QC, QC will do over check as per the parameters list and critical dimensions requested by customers, to decide if it can go ahead for production; c. During processing, our IPQC will check the injection molded parts every 2 hours, ensure no any rejects; d. FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse; e. 100% inspected by OQC before shipping out.
Q: What should we do if we receive defective products? A: If client receive defective product, please send the photos, we will feedback to our engineers and QC department and solve the problems ASAP.
