Laboratory Tests

The product should be able to pass the following tests:
Tested Property	Requirement
Packaging	Goods must be packed in seaworthy strong 5-layer A=A export cartons; The maximum gross weight per export carton is 20kgs
Humidity test	Test on actual product by moisture meter, the humidity rate should be within 12%
Desiccant	Each hardbox should include a piece of 1gram silica bag
Polybag / OPP bag	Polybag or OPP bag must be with at least one cut out hole
Sharp point/edges	Shall have no sharp points/edges, other than required for fuction
Inspection Standard	Final inspection standard according to AQL 2.5
Defects	Should have no discernible surface degradation, including crazing, shivering, denting, bubbles, cracks, stains, deformations, chips, fractures, heavy lines, waves, shear marks, scratches, scuff marks, indentations, or blisters
Workmanship	No major defects, sharp edges, flaws, glaze runs, chips, etc.
LFGB apply to food package	All packages for food product should according to LFGB terms
Heavy metal in packaging material	This environmentally motivated legislation regulates the amount of lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium and mercury allowed in packaging materials. Total heavy metals for each packaging component should not exceed 100ppm
Total Cadmium Content	The applicable component of a product shall not contain more than 0,0075% (75ppm) by weight of cadmium
Reducible Sulfur Content (only applicable to inlays of hardbox packages for jewelry and watch)	Inlays of hardbox packages for jewelrry and watch, should be less than 0,05% (500ppm) reducible sulfur content. Test on appicable materials (foam, velvet, EVA, plastic,paper or fabric etc.)
pH Value	The pH content of the material should be within pH 5-9. Test on applicable material as per actual product
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PaHs) Content	Material with skin contact: Benzo (a) pyrene: less than 1mg/kg Total PAHs (18PAHs): less than 10mg/kg
Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)	All components of products must contain less than 1000 ppm (0.1%) of all other chemicals listed on the Substance of Very High Concern list

Colorfastness to Light	Minimum Class 4.0 at 10 hours exposure
Colorfastness to Light	Minimum Class 3.0 at 100 hours exposure
