For special applications, jacketed glass reactors are designed with jackets for heating or cooling. The jacket is sealed to the container with Viton 'O' rings and other sealing compositions. Due to thermal expansion, the seal allows flexibility of movement between the two, preventing high stresses between the vessel and the jacket. The jacketed glass reactor can be used for vacuum stirring reaction, high and low temperature reaction, constant speed operation mixing reaction, distillation, reflux, concentration reaction, negative pressure operation and the like. S212 jacketed glass reactor capacity range: 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, fully meet the requirements of small laboratory experiments and factory pilot production.
