Before getting a sample, please contact us for details or charges.
It will take 3~5 days approximately to ship the sample.
3.What is your payment terms?
Usually by T/T in advance. Deposit should be paid when order is confirmed,
and the balance should be paid before shipment.
4. What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?
It'll take 7~15 days usually, based on the quantity.
Cargos will be packed in standard export cartons, or follow your requirements.
Then the cargos will be delivered via Air or sea.
5. What will you do for quality control?
Our QC department will strictly supervise all the processes before shipping.
If the items are damaged when you receive, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the problems are resulted from us, we will accept return, then arrange replacement.
