Q: How to judge the bamboo products good or not?

A: 1.It should be natural color, no black, mildew or extremely white(because that may be bleached). 2.Natural bamboo smell, no strange chemical smell.

 

Q: How do you ensure the product quality?

A: 1. Request sample checking before mass production.(Checking sizes, appearance, \\ printing colors & words on the packaging etc.)

2.QC inspection during the production process.

3.Second drying in electrical drying room to make sure even drying, moisture rate below 7%-10% to avoid mildew.

4.Grade classification before packaging.
