What's Alkaline Protease？
Alkaline protease is a solid enzyme produced by deep fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis.It can effectively hydrolyze protein in a wide range of temperature and pH value, and is widely used in food industry, washing industry, animal and plant protein hydrolysis, chondroitin sulfate extraction, brewing, leather processing and other fields.
