Semi Automatic Rotary Tape Edge Sewing Machine for Spring Mattress
The mattress tape edge sewing machine is mainly used for sewing the spring mattress to complete the edge sewing between the mattress fabric and the wall cloth. It is also suitable for sewing other mattress, sofa cushion and sleeping bag.
1. According to customer requirements, the head can be imported or domestic 8B head; standard brand 2603 head, no shuttle 300U head.
2. The work table is manually lifted and lowered by the chain four-corner screw rod, and it is simple and quick to adjust the level of the table.
3. The tilting of the head is adjusted electrically.
4. The sewing carriage box is driven by stepless speed regulation, and the turning position adopts automatic deceleration.
5. The stitches are straight and uniform, beautiful; stable operation, small vibration and low noise
