Product Description
The Large Diameter Capsule Filter is a disposable filter unit fitted with a conventional 68mm diameter pleated filter element. Designed for final filtration and pre-filtration in the pharmaceutical, biotech, microelectronics, and food and beverage industries. The larger diameter allows it to provide larger filtration flow rates while meeting disposable filtration requirements. Compared with ordinary capsule filters, it has a larger filtering area, larger filtering flow, and longer service life. And the clamp interface is easy to connect with other equipment.
It can be used for sterile filtration of serum, tissue culture media, microbial growth media, and other viscous biological liquids in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as sterile tank venting. Also useful for filtration of metal and oxide CMP slurries, chemical rinse solutions, acids, bases, solvents, stripping solutions, deionized water, and storage tank vents in microelectronics manufacturing.
