Ultrasonic Sewing Machine Application
Widely used for the material : Artificial cotton , non-woven fabric, chemical fiber ,fabric silk ,leather and other wide-width flexible materials for high frequency ultrasonic rolling embossed composite, suitable for knitting printing clothing ,lining fabric shoe-making indoor decoration disposable clothing, hat mask tissue table cloth, food bags and raincoat cushion, body armor bedding and automobile industries .

Application
Function of ultrasonic sewing machine :
1.Trimming: With special design blade of roller to cut the edge in a continuously curved
line as well as a straight line smoothly.
2.Embossing/Color Coating: Transit the color through transit paper on the fabric for making products splendor and beauty.
3.Welding: Continuous spot or zigzag shape welding efficiency to seal two or two more fabric together without thread replacing the
sewing needles rigidly.
4.Hole Making: Different size of hole being cut out through ultrasonic vibration for to form a specific pattern required.
5.Forming: Usually two or three layers fabric being cut and embossed for to form a special shape product.
