100% Polyester Sewing DTY
Polyester low stretch yarn is a kind of deformation yarn of polyester chemical fiber, which is made of polyester slice (PET), preoriented yarn (POY) by high speed spinning, and then processed by drawing false twist. It has the characteristics of short process, high efficiency and good quality.
Features: polyester has the characteristics of high breaking strength and elastic modulus, excellent heat setting, good resilience, heat resistance, light resistance, strong corrosion resistance, easy washing and quick drying, but also has the characteristics of high swelling, good heat insulation, comfortable feel, soft luster and so on.

Application: Dacron low elastic silk is the ideal material for knitting (weft and warp) or machine weaving, suitable for making clothing fabrics (such as suits, shirts), bedding (such as quilt covers, bedspreads, mosquito nets) and decoration (such as curtain cloth, sand cloth, wall cloth, car interior decoration cloth), etc. Among them, fine denier silk (especially three-leaf profiled silk) is more suitable for imitation silk fabric, and medium thick denier silk can be made of wool-like fabric. The low elastic silk also has the sewing function, the cuff is also called the hem, all clothing cutting needs this process. Because the main purpose of cuffing is to keep the yarn from falling off, the strength of the cuffing line is not high. In order to save cost, the cutoff line is generally made of polyester network silk, which is not twisted and has lower strength than sewing thread. The difference between it and ordinary sewing thread is that the sewing thread is made of polyester filament without twisting, while the sewing thread is made of polyester staple fiber with twisting.
