1. What is the highest temperature of tank shell of the steam mop?
Generally speaking, the highest temperature in the tank is around 100° c, so do not worry about the temperature, it is very safe.
2. Do I need to add detergent?
No. Pls do NOT add detergent in the tank, our products is Eco-friendly. Floor can be clean without detergent.
3. Can you length the power cord?
Yes. Power cord can be length accordingly, so as price.
4. Will the steam damage wooden floor?
No. The steam won't damage wooden floor. On the contrast, it can protect the wooden floor. For traditional mop always over some
water when cleaning the floor, and the water may damage wooden floor.
