Products Description
Lime Kiln is the ideal equipment to produce quicklime by the calcination of limestone (calcium carbonate). We could provide technological solutions and complete production equipment for 50-800TPD quicklime (active lime) production line.
With 60 Years development, we gained different approaches of lime production process, such as energy saving rotary lime kiln process, traditional long rotary lime kiln process, mixed burining vertical lime kiln process, low heat value gas vertical lime kiln process, high heat value vertical lime kiln process etc. Usually, it has two types: lime rotary kiln and lime vertical kiln.
The lime rotary kiln produced by Turui has the characteristics of the high utilization rate of raw materials, uniform quality, good quality, large capacity, high turnover rate, and easy operation.
Features
● Lime rotary kiln has advanced structure. Vertical preheater effectively magnifies the warm-up effect. The decomposition rate of preheated lime can reaches from 20% to 25%.
● Lime rotary kiln has a reliable combined scale-like seal. The scale-like seal in both ends guarantees its air leakage coefficient is less than 10 percent. It also uses composite refractory to reduce the loss of heat radiation.
● Lime rotary kiln has a vertical cooler. The filled cooler with dividable ventilation cools down the lime into 80℃ making it easier to be transported and stored. And it can preheat the secondary kiln air up to more than 700℃, which reduces the need for moving parts and special materials.

Working Flow
Material will be feed into kiln tail through chute in gas chamber. As kiln shell is inclined and it rotates slightly, material will move along round shell and will also move along shaft direction from kiln tail to kiln head. Material will be processed through pre-heat, decompose, calcined and will be feed into cooler. Fuel will be given through gas or coal burner at kiln head and will be combusted in kiln. Heat will be transferred to material by fire radiate, hot air flow, kiln brick transfer. The heat will heat and calcine material enough and make it final product.
