1.Are you trading company or manufactory?
Yes, we can provide 1pc sample in our existing design within 40*60cm to you free of charge, so freight collect. For the sample in your own design, the sample cost will depend on the size.
Due to process of printing onto a PVC surface, the PMS colors and design can only be matched as close as possible. PVC absorb the dyes differently, we are not printing on a paper. But most of our customers are satisfied with the mat they received.

2.What's your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 1 piece,and ideal order quantity for production 500 sqm or more.
3.Can I have my own design? Is there any limitation?
Yes, most of our mats are in customized design. There is no color limitation, the max color number on one mat we can do is 30.
4.Can I get sample for free?
Yes, we can provide 1pc sample in our existing design within 40*60cm to you free of charge, so freight collect. For the sample in your own design, the sample cost will depend on the size.
5. Can the mats be the same as design?
Due to process of printing onto a PVC surface, the PMS colors and design can only be matched as close as possible. PVC absorb the dyes differently, we are not printing on a paper. But most of our customers are satisfied with the mat they received.
6.How about the production time?
Usually our production is approx four weeks after all details confirmed, the more you order, the longer the production time might be.
7.What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit and balance payment at sight of copy of B/L/L/C is acceptable,but only IRREVOCABLE 100% at sight.
