D20KQ 4 channel class d amplifier is the innovative technology achievement of Sanway Audio. It integrated with reliable power supply, compact class-d design circuit and high efficiency and unique cooling system.

The D20KQ consists of 4in&4out digital processing with 20 factory preset configurations enable user can modify and store the presets conveniently.
The built- in DSP including a crossover, parametric EQ filters, limiting and alignment delay, it eliminates the need for outboard loudspeaker processors.

The D20KQ combines four channels of extremely powerful amplification with networking, 4in&4out digital processing, amplifiers, power supply and connected mains supply resulting in unique operational benefits.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is as follow :

Power Amplifiers--2 years
Powered Speaker Module--2 years
Line Array and Speakers--2 years

The warranty period will commence on the date of original purchase. The damage by human action or force majeure shall not be contained in the warranty scope .

We don't provide spare parts for sample orders; for big order or regular orders, we will put some components of the amplifiers; diaphragms, recone kits and internal filters of speakers which may be damaged following delivery.

Within the warranty period, we'll be responsible for repair or replacement for any defected or damaged products free of charge .
But it is only for damaged components , if you want the complete boards for swap , you should pay.

For over service lifetime, we'll be responsible for repair and only charge for the replaced components.

Shipping Costs

The user should cover the shipping costs of sending replacement goods out for all valid warranty claims. The user should cover the shipping costs of returning the defective goods.

The user should cover the shipping costs for non-warranty service goods to and from Sanway Audio or an Authorized Service Representative.

1>. Yes, we could provide OEM services to you, make your logo on the products and cartons. Please provide the pictures of your logo after confirm the order.
2>. For logo on amplifier, silk print logo is for free. If you need plastic logo sticker, MOQ of the logo is 100 pcs and should
pay for the logo.
3>. For logo on speakers or line array, Aluminum logo MOQ is 500 pcs and you should pay for the logo.
4. I have my own idea to the products, could you help and produce my own products?
Of course, ODM service is available to us. Please tell us your idea and demand, our experienced engineer would customize and develop the device for you. Without your authorization, we would not tell others we are your supplier, and we would not sell your products with our own brand.
