1. How to process an order ?
---Please let us know your details custom requirements and send the drawing or the sample if you have so that we can understand your needs well;
----We will put forward our modification suggestions according to the drawings, if necessary;
----After the technical and the drawings are confirmed to be OK by both sides, then offer our quotation;
----Once the order quantity and the quotation is approved, we will begin to prepare the sample (there will be mold charge if need to open mold.);
----Once the sample is approved, we will make you PI and after receive the order deposit , we will start the production.
2. Could we start with small quantities ?
It depends on what is needed. For example, if need to open new mold to extrude new aluminum profile, the MOQ of the new aluminum profile is 300 KGS.
3. What if the aluminum parts can't be used on our product ?
We need to communicate a lot and need to know very clearly the application of the product, we won't start the production unless the sample have been tested and have got approved.
4. How fast can I get a quotation ?
It is all about patient when it comes to customize. We will offer our quotation ASAP once we figure out your requirements.
