Balls made from this material are used for applications requiring extreme hardness and resistance to wear and abrasion, hard shocks and impacts. Tungsten carbide is generally 3 times harder than steel.
Mainly include powder making → formula according to application requirements → wet milling → mixing → pulverizing → drying → sieving → adding forming agent → re-drying → sieving to obtain a mixture → granulating → cold isostatic pressing →Forming→Sintering→Forming (blank)→Packing→Warehousing.
